Oriel Academic Publishing is the publishing division of The Text, dedicated to the publication and dissemination of scholarly and research-based works. Oriel aims to support authors and editors in bringing academically valuable research and critical scholarship to a wider readership through professionally developed publications.

Publish with Oriel

Oriel welcomes submissions from authors, researchers, academics, and editors interested in publishing scholarly and research-based works in the humanities and related disciplines.
Authors and editors may submit either a completed manuscript or a brief proposal, depending on the stage of their work. Submissions are evaluated for their academic relevance, originality, scope, and suitability for publication with Oriel.

Submission & Editorial Consideration

Depending on the nature and stage of the proposed work, authors or editors may be asked to provide a complete manuscript, supporting materials, or additional information for editorial assessment. The nature and extent of the assessment may vary according to the subject, type, and scope of the proposed publication.
Submission of a proposal or manuscript does not constitute acceptance or a commitment to publish. Final publication decisions are made following appropriate editorial consideration of the work.
